Job Description talentdesk are seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to join our well-established and successful technology business based in Cambridge.

As Sales Administrator you will be responsible for:
- Processing product orders
- Responding to customer queries both over the phone and email
- Communicating customer feedback to internal stakeholders
- Ensuring customer information is correct
- Providing accurate and timely monthly sales reports
- Supporting with general operations
- Project support

The successful Sales Administrator will ideally have previous experience within the technology sector, a proven ability to manage a number of projects at once with excellent organisation and interpersonal skills. You will be a confident communicator, confident using IT software and have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.
